This is an appeal from an interlocutory order of the Circuit Court of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania appointing an ancillary receiver for the Bluefields Steamship Company, Limited. The complainant, Frederick M. Steele, is a citizen of the state of Illinois, and the defendant, the Bluefields Steamship Company, Fimited, hereafter called the “Bluefields Company,” is a corporate citizen of the state of Fouisiana.
