Mitchell Dunn appeals the circuit court’s judgment convicting him of two counts of forcible rape, two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of first-degree burglary, one count of sexual abuse, and four counts of third-degree assault of an 85-year-old woman in her Kansas City house on August 9 and 10, 1997. Dunn complains that the state did not present sufficient evidence to sustain separate convictions of each count.
