Irma King, widow, and Marshall King, minor son, of Dewey King, deceased, filed, under date of September 7, 1939, their amended application under the Workmen’s Compensation Act for compensation for his death. The TriCity Transportation Company, a corporation, Bituminous Casualty Corporation, and I. J. Hudson, Jr., were made respondents. The application alleged that on May 26, 1939, Dewey King received an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment by respondents, which injury resulted in his death on May 27, 1939.
