The plaintiff, Gallic Freeman, appeals from summary judgment entered by the Circuit Court of St. Clair County in favor of defendantappellee, Augustine’s Inc. Plaintiff filed suit against defendant, owner of Augustine’s Restaurant, for personal injuries suffered on the restaurant premises when her hand was caught in the rollers of a large commercial ironer.
