—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Rooney, J.), rendered December 21, 1999, convicting him of burglary in the second degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of those branches of the defendant’s omnibus motion which were to suppress identification testimony and physical evidence, and the denial, after a hearing, of the defendant’s subsequent motion to suppress statements he made in a limited allocution confessing…
