T1 Plaintiff Carolyn Beverly appeals the summary judgment in favor of the three defendants on her products lability claim. The three defendants were the seller, distributor, and importer/ manufacturer of the chair that allegedly caused Plaintiffs injury. Plaintiff's petition alleged the chair had a "defective condition which made it unreasonably dangerous to its users." The petition also stated that the "chair, upon which Plaintiff was seated, broke causing Plaintiff to fall and suffer severe injuries."
