MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ROLAND J. BRUMBAUGH, Bankruptcy Judge.

THIS MATTER came before the Court on October 2, 1986, on the Motion for Re lief from Stay filed by the law partnership of Stutz, Dyer, Miller & Delap, and the Response thereto by Larry L. Snodgrass, Chapter 7 Trustee. This Court has jurisdiction over the motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157.
