Robert Earle Carr (father) appeals from a Probate and Family Court judgment which awarded custody of the parties’ only child to Janet Vera Carr (mother) with visitation rights to the father. The father asserts that the judge applied the wrong analysis in settling the custody issue. While the father recognizes that the best interests of the child is the proper standard to be applied in deciding custody issues under G.
