OPINION
WEISBERGER, Justice.
This case comes before us on a petition for certiorari from a judgment entered in the Superior Court sustaining a decision of the Zoning Board of the Town of Little Compton denying a petition for variance filed by Salvatore and Audrey L. Zammar-elli (petitioners). We grant the petition and remand the case to the Superior Court with directions. The lengthy travel of this case is as follows.
