Viti v. Zoning Board of Review of Providence

This petition for certiorari was brought to review the action of the respondent board in granting relief from side and rear yard regulations in the proposed erection of a one-story masonry building located in a C-2 general commercial zone. Pursuant to the writ the pertinent records have been certified by the board to this court.
