In his petition plaintiff, Bridwell, alleges generally that he is *245the owner and in possession of the land involved, that defendants claim some interest the nature of which is unknown to the plaintiff, and that same is without right. It is prayed that defendants be required to set forth their claims and that the court declare same to be inferior and without right and that the title of plaintiff be quieted against them.
