MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter is before the Court on Miche Bag, LLC’s Renewed Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) [ECF No. 29], For the reasons discussed below, the motion will be granted.

I. BACKGROUND
