THIS action was brought by the people on the relation of the attorney general to enforce certain provisions of chapter 113, Session Laws of 1937 (chapter 36A, supplement to volume 2, '35 C.S.A.) against plaintiff in error, engaged in the cleaning and dyeing trade. The first cause of action in the complaint charges plaintiff in error, to which we hereinafter refer as defendant, with selling its services at considerably less than the established minimum prices; the second cause of action alleges that defendant violated the provisions of the act in paying its employees less than the minimum…
