Subsequent to the compromise of the personal injury claims in this limitation action, the parties agreed to, and the Court approved submission of, the trial on the issue of coverage under CIGNA’s policy number PFF 050086 on briefs. After the parties submitted initial trial memo-randa, the Court granted the parties’ request for oral argument on the issues raised therein.
