DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Appellant, Dennis D. Sherman, appeals the judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment in favor of appellee, Glass City Singles, Inc. ("GCS"). For the following reasons, we affirm.

{¶ 2} GCS sponsors "singles dances" in Toledo, Ohio. Appellant's complaint alleged that GCS's involuntary termination of his membership caused him irreparable harm and serious emotional distress.
