{¶ 1} This is a consolidated appeal from two judgments of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. The first appeal is by defendant-appellant, the Toledo Hospital, from the trial court’s order that the hospital produce a number of patient-care incident reports. The second appeal is by plaintiff-appellant, Joseph Cook, from the trial court’s denial of his motion for an extension of time and from entries of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Toledo Hospital, M.
