In an action, inter alia, to recover on a promissory note, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Roberto, J.), entered September 27, 1991, as denied that branch of its motion which was for summary judgment in its favor and against the defendant Nancy W. Keck.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, with costs, that branch of the plaintiffs motion which was for summary judgment in its favor against the defendant Nancy W. Keck is granted, the action against the *603remaining defendants is…
