MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HOLWELL, District Judge.
In this diversity action, plaintiff, United Natural Foods, sues defendant Helene Burgess for breach of contract. Plaintiffs claim arises out of Burgess’s personal guaranties of payment on future invoices for goods shipped by plaintiff to two Healthy Pleasures grocery stores previously owned by Burgess. Burgess moves for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure dismissing the complaint.
