DECISION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court upon the Motion for Reconsideration filed by Attorney Thomas G. Overley, counsel for the Creditor, Toledo Postal Employees Credit Union, Inc. (Doc. No. 29). This Motion is directed at this Court’s prior decision whereby a judgment for legal fees was rendered in favor of the Debtor and against Thomas Overley in the amount of $650.00. (Doc. No. 27).
