Defendant Adelbert Bryan has filed a motion to dismiss the information against him on the ground that this Court lacks jurisdiction. Defendant Bryan’s claim rests on three premises. He argues first that the two offenses which he is accused of committing — grand larceny and possession of stolen property — carry a maximum ten years’ prison term each.
