These are motions made upon behalf of the defendants listed in Appendix A*, as well as the above-named defendants who have appeared by separate counsel, for pretrial discovery and inspection pursuant to CPL article 240 and the provisions of the Constitutions of the United States and *1044New York State pertaining to fair trial.
