On September 7, 1989, plaintiff Clifford Lamaster (“Lamaster”) was fired from his position as director of the Apprentice and Trainee Program by the defendant in this action, the Chicago and Northeast Illinois District Council of Carpenters Apprentice and Trainee Program (“the Program”).
