DUNN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction on two counts of distribution of a controlled substance pursuant to SDCL 22-42-2. We affirm.

Richard Lauck (Lauck) was an undercover drug investigator in Winner, South Dakota, from July 15, 1981 to August 15, 1981. During that time, he frequented the Pizza Pub, a business located at the end of Winner’s main street.
