This is an appeal from an order of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, denying appellant a writ of habeas corpus.
Appellant is confined in the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth in the State of Kansas by the respondent, Robert H. Hudspeth as warden, under a commitment issued out of the United States District Court for the Western Division of the District of South Dakota, on July 21, A.
