OPINION OF THE COURT

SCIRICA, Circuit Judge.

Terence Kimberg was dismissed from the University of Scranton’s Nurse Anesthesia Program in 2006. He sued the University of Scranton, the Wyoming Valley Health Care System and Caroline Raskiewicz, Program Director for, inter alia, breach of contract. After dismissing Kim-berg’s other causes of action, the District *475Court granted Defendants summary judgment on his breach of contract claim. We will affirm.
