Appellant, the Bank of California, sued appellees, Security Title and Trust Agency of Alaska (Security Title) and First American Title Insurance Company (First American), for misrepresentation and breach of contract. The superior court granted ap-pellees’ summary judgment motion. The Bank appeals. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
