delivered the opinion of the court:
This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Livingston county granting the prayer of a bill filed by appellees, Girden F. Linn and Fidelia E. Crandall, for .the partition of certain lands described and to set aside certain deeds as clouds upon their title. The land sought to be partitioned belonged to James H. Linn in his lifetime, and consisted of 320 acres situate in Livingston county. He had six children, and the bill alleges that on May 3, 1909, he executed warranty deeds purporting to convey the said 320 acres of land to’…
