BOWNES, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal by defendants-appellants, officials of' the University of Rhode Island, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a) from an order of the United States District Court

for the District of Rhode Island granting a preliminary injunction restraining appellants from conducting a disciplinary hearing against plaintiff-appellee, Steven A. Gabrilowitz, unless he is allowed to be represented by an attorney of his choice.
