THOMAS, Circuit Judge:
Megan Krainski appeals the district court’s dismissal of her Section 1983 action against the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”)1 and various UNLV employees (“UNLV Employees”)2 in their *966personal and official capacities.
