MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ROBERT L. EISEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause came to be heard on Rohlwing Grove Venture’s (RGV) objection to Charles B. Lanman’s attempt to amend his proof of claim from an unsecured claim to a priority claim for administrative rent eight months after the statutory claims period expired. The court, having carefully considered the memoranda filed by the parties, and being fully advised in the premises, hereby disallows the amended proof of claim of Charles B. Lanman.
