MEMORANDUM

ROBERT JOHN HALL, Bankruptcy Judge.

Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) and Puro-lator, Inc., Filter Division (“Purolator”) move this Court for leave to file proofs of claim nunc pro tunc on the ground of substantial compliance with the provisions of Bankruptcy Rule 301. Leave is denied.
