MEMORANDUM OF DECISION ON DEFENDANTS MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

GUERNSEY, Chief Judge.

The Defendant Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, pursuant to G.D.C.P. § 49,1 has moved to dismiss the Plaintiffs Amended Complaint brought under the Mohegan Discriminatory Employment Practices Ordinance, MTO 2002-04. In her Amended Complaint, the Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, alleged gender discrimination, harassment, and retaliation arising out of her employment by the Defendant as a front desk clerk at the Mohegan Sun Hotel.
