An original complaint was filed by Charles B. Elder in the circuit court of Will county against Emma Rees Clarke, Herbert Myers and Nela Vivian Myers to set aside a deed alleged to be in fraud of creditors. Elder had obtained a judgment against Emma Rees Clarke, and was seeking to set aside a conveyance of real property made by her to Herbert Myers and Nela Vivian Myers.
