ORDER

DOTY, District Judge. -

This matter is before the court on defendants’ motion for dismissal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Based on a review of the file, record and proceedings herein, the court grants defendants’ motion.

BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs Stephanie and Roland James purchased a new Ford Escort from Tousley Ford on November 24, 1989. The purchase was financed through defendant Ford Motor Credit Company (“Ford”).
