Plaintiff Qihui Huang is an “Asian American, foreign-born” woman over sixty years-old. See ECF No. 1 (Complaint) at 1, 6. After an almost 25-year career at Defendant Federal Communications Commission, Huang brought this pro se suit, alleging a host of discriminatory and retaliatory actions by her supervisors.
