WEXLER, District Judge.
This is an employment discrimination case commenced by Plaintiff Michael Pre-dun (“Plaintiff’). Named as Defendants are the Shoreham-Wading River School District (the “District”) as well as Dr. Robert Pellicone, the District Superintendent, Mr. Jeffrey White, the District School Business Administrator and Ms. Betsy Marino, the District Assistant Superintendent for Personnel and Curriculum (collectively “Defendants”).
