I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the Court upon defendants’ motion for summary judgment [D.E. # 24]. Plaintiff Phyllis Schwartz alleges in this personal injury action that she was the victim of negligent maintenance of the shower in her Athens, Greece hotel room in 2006. Compl. ¶¶ 1-12. 1 In a previous order, the Court dismissed defendants Hilton Hellas, EPE (“Hellas”) and Ionian Hotel Enterprises, S.A.
