Certiorari to the Court of Quarter Sessions of Philadelphia: No. 238, to January Term 1870. — The first two assignments of error raise the question whether the Court of Quarter Sessions had jurisdiction under the Act of Assembly of April 13th 1867, Pamph. L. 78, to make the order which was made in this case on a father residing in Montgomery county for the support of his minor child.
