Appellants Carlos A. García Pérez and Gisela M. Baerga Torres, together with their infant daughter Carla Isabel (collectively, the Garcias), challenge the district court’s determination that they were domiciled in Puerto Rico when they filed a medical malpractice claim against appel-lees Dr. Iván Terón Méndez and Ashford Presbyterian Community Hospital.
