for the Court:

¶ 1. In 2005, a house fire began at the parsonage owned by First Apostolic Church of West Meridian in Meridian, Mississippi. Bishop Dennis Huggins, Jr. (Bishop Huggins), and his family were residing in the parsonage at the time of the fire. All family members escaped without injury with the exception of Dennis Huggins III (Dennis), who died of smoke inhalation. The church’s insurance company, GuideOne Services, LLC, doing business as GuideOne Insurance Co.
