OPINION

BIRDSALL, Chief Judge.

This appeal is from a conviction of second degree murder entered pursuant to a plea agreement which reduced the charge from first degree. The appellant was given the maximum aggravated sentence of 21 years’ imprisonment. For several reasons we must reverse.

The questions presented on appeal concern the court’s failure to appoint new counsel to represent the appellant, failure to advise the appellant about a special condition pertaining to her sentence, and failure to provide an interpreter.
