T1 Wardley Corporation, dba Wardley Better Homes & Gardens (Wardley), appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Lucille Bear-den, the Lucille Bearden Family Trust, and Harold Dee Bearden (collectively Bearden). We affirm.

BACKGROUND

T2 Lucille Bearden decided to sell rental property (the property) owned by a family trust for which she was the trustee. Bear-den listed the property with real estate agent Guy Gritton, who worked for Wardley Corporation, a real estate brokerage firm.
