The district court wrongly decided this case, and the majority adopts much of the lower court’s flawed reasoning. First, the manner by which the district court handled discovery was legally inappropriate, affected Plaintiffs ability to support her claims, and constituted an abuse of discretion. Second, the district court improperly determined that Plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of age discrimination.
