This is an appeal from an order overruling a motion to dissolve a temporary injunction. Appellee, W. H. Cockcroft, brought suit in the district court against appellants R. F. Meyer and Leslie Stegall, sheriff of McLennan county, to restrain them from selling under execution a certain lot of land in the city of Waco.
