This appeal is prosecuted from an order of the district court declining to grant a temporary injunction.
Previous to July 14, 1920, Trinity Tire & Service Company, a private corporation, was conducting its business in Dallas county, Tex., and Central Tire & Rubber Company of Waco, Tex., another corporation, was conducting its business in Waco, Tex. The total capital stock of Trinity Tire & Service Company was $12,000. Only $0,000 of the capital stock had been paid in, but the remainder had been derived from increase in value of assets.
