Suit was filed by J. Myron Murphy in the Seventeenth judicial district court of Tarrant county against the Argonaut Oil Company, a Delaware corporation with a permit to do business in Texas,- Walter B. Scott, individually and as trustee for the corporation, James P. Straughan, individually and as receiver of the corporation, J. Lee Costley, Tol Johnson, and S. W. Fisher. The plaintiff’s third amended original petition was filed May 8, 1926. The record does not show, when the original petition was filed.
