TMs is a motion by defendant at the close of the People’s case for a dismissal of the information and the discharge of the defendant on the ground that the People have failed to establish a prima facie case.

Defendant Frank was employed by the complainant, Morris WolosMn, president of Woloshin Furriers, Inc., as a porter or handyman for several years. The People’s case mdicates that.
