The plaintiffs, who are residents of New Hampshire, having recovered judgments against the defendant in that State which have not been satisfied, bring these actions of contract to recover the respective amounts.
It is settled that, where, as in the cases at bar, the court of another State which rendered judgment had jurisdiction of the parties and of the cause, the judgment is entitled to full faith and credit in this Commonwealth.
