The plaintiff, a resident of Nor-walk in the County of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, commenced this action by trustee process against her former husband to recover *182the sum of $13,904. alleged to be due under a judgment recovered by her in an action of divorce in the Superior Court at Bridgeport in said County of Fairfield on July 12, 1945. The writ was served on the trustee on May 19, 1960.
