An assignment of error in the trial court’s refusal to set aside the verdict specifies that the verdict was contrary to the law and the evidence and was excessive, and that it was actuated by bias and prejudice on the part of the jury. The only other assignments relate to various portions of the charge. All the evidence taken at the trial, more than three hundred and fifty pages, has been certified for our inspection and it has been read with care.
